2003-12-23 - 1:35 p.m. My life didn't pass before my eyes. Everything just stopped! On my way to work I was driving caustiously due to the rain also because I was listening to this Gospel radio station that was really working on me. I was making my daily trip to work when this white truck pulled over into my lane forcing me to swerve into the opposite lane to avoid being struck by the truck, then I had to swerve again to avoid a car causing my car to spin out of control in the center of the highway. While spinning I noticed a mack truck coming towards me. Just as it reached a foot from me the truck, traffic and my car came to a halt. Just like that everything stopped. I know it was a miracle because there I was spinning in the middle of what was a crowded freeway but stopped only inches away from an mack truck that could have easily taken my life. Tears begin to roll down my face as I thought about the goodness of God and about the miracle that had just happened. I was still shook up but some how I managed to put the car into reverse and pull onto the side of the freeway. As I cried. I thanked Jesus over and over. Face drenched in tears of joy and shock I drove to work still thanking God. My life didn't pass before my eyes. There were no white lights. No sounds of harps. Everything just stopped. Thank Jesus.
